The Mess and The Magic is the solo project of composer, drummer and music producer Mark Sparling. Mark was born on June 23rd in Scituate, RI, USA and is an best known for his work as drummer for the Los Angeles based Rush Tribute Band "Natural Science". He has been writing and producing songs for many years in addition to film scoring and live theater music composition.
The upcoming singles and forthcoming album "An Abundance of Caution" feature Mark not only writing the songs but performing most of the instruments (Drums, Guitars, Bass, Keyboards, Vocals...) as well as producing and mixing the tracks out of his home studio in Culver City, CA
